How it works
01. Share the project requirement. Send a BOQ, drawing, site video, photographs or an equipment list.
02. Confirm the supply scope. Urban Eye reviews the requirement and confirms whether it suits standard equipment, a configured scope or a site review.
03. Receive the quotation. The quotation confirms equipment, assumptions, exclusions, availability and lead time.
04. Procure and deploy. Equipment is collected or delivered under the agreed order terms. Installation support is provided according to the agreed support route.

How long does a project review take? Urban Eye confirms the review timeline after receiving the available project information. Simple requirements can be assessed faster than multi-zone or drawing-led projects.
Do you install? Urban Eye can support equipment selection and commissioning guidance for supplied equipment. Installation arrangements and labour costs are confirmed separately.
What is included in a project quotation? The quotation identifies the supplied equipment, stated assumptions, exclusions, availability and relevant delivery terms. Installation labour, civil works, internet service and monitoring are included only where specifically stated.
Can I buy only two cameras? Yes. You can buy individual equipment where the requirement is clear, or request guidance before selecting the camera, recorder, power and storage arrangement.
Do you conduct site reviews? Site-review availability, location coverage and any applicable fee are confirmed before a visit is scheduled.
