We review your specification before you order and quote a full scope of supply, including the power supplies, containment, cabling and door hardware an equipment schedule leaves out, so the figure you give your client accounts for the whole installation.

- Project pricing. Priced per project, based on volume and the type of site, rather than one fixed rate applied to everything.
- Specification support before you order. Compatibility, power budget, storage sizing, door counts and cable routes checked while you are still quoting, not after the delivery arrives.
- Technical support during commissioning. Someone to call when the system is in front of you and something is not behaving.
- Local warranty handling from Nairobi. A failed unit is a conversation with us, not a shipping problem you have to manage.
- Project registration. Tell us the site you are quoting so we know who brought it before anyone else asks us about it.
- Training. Product and commissioning sessions on the systems you install for us.
How pricing works
Your pricing comes on a quotation, for a specific project, and it varies with the volume and the type of site. A twelve door office fit out and a four door retail unit are not the same job and they are not priced as though they were.
What we need from you
Business name and registration, the type of work you do, where you operate, and a contact for the person who will place orders. If you hold PSRA registration or relevant trade certification, tell us, because it helps.
Applications are reviewed by a person rather than automatically. We come back within two working days, sometimes with a question or two before we confirm.
