Why this kit is built this way
System objective: know the moment a door opens at night in an apartment or smaller home. This is the equipment in Urban Eye Home Essential.
Why this configuration
- A siren is included. The Hub 2 has no siren of its own, so without the HomeSiren nothing would sound inside the house.
- Pet-safe. MotionProtect ignores pets up to 20 kg when mounted as Ajax specifies.
- Help without the phone. A panic button by the bed calls for help.

Compatibility
All five units in this kit run on Ajax's encrypted Jeweller radio protocol and pair to the included Hub 2. Any other Jeweller device from our Intrusion & Alarm collection can be added to the same hub later, up to 100 devices total.
