GlassProtect Jeweller: it listens for glass breaking, not for the dog next door

Most glass-break detectors earn their bad reputation from barking dogs, passing traffic, and splashing water. GlassProtect Jeweller cuts that down with a two-stage listening process: its microphone has to hear both the dull, low-frequency thud of impact and the ringing, high-frequency sound of glass shattering, within 1.5 seconds of each other, before it calls an alarm. One sound without the other is ignored.

Coverage reaches up to 9 m across a 180° field, with three sensitivity levels you can test and adjust on site to match the room. One detector, mounted correctly, can watch an entire wall of windows.

It runs on a pre-installed CR123A battery rated for up to 7 years, tested individually at production rather than by sample, with low-battery warnings sent months ahead. Wireless range reaches up to 1,000 m to the hub in open space over Jeweller's encrypted, two-way radio link. Installation is SmartBracket-based: no enclosure to open, no wiring, pairing by QR code, and full remote reconfiguration afterward.
