Hub 2 Plus manages up to 200 devices, 200 users, and 25 security groups, built for business centers, factories, and multi-building properties where one flat security zone doesn't work. Radio coverage reaches up to 2,000 m per device in open space, with a maximum network footprint of 35 km² using 5 range extenders.

Four independent communication channels run at once: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and two cellular connections including LTE, so an alarm has four separate paths to reach you. Photo confirmation from a MotionCam detector arrives in up to 9 seconds at the default 320x176 image resolution; a higher resolution takes longer. MotionCam detectors draw on the same 200-device total as everything else on the panel, so plan the mix rather than assuming 200 cameras on top.

The hardware is built to stay current: Ajax publishes a processor 4.5 times faster than Hub 2 with 8 times the flash memory, running OS Malevich with over-the-air updates that install in minutes without disarming the whole system for long. It supports 64 automation scenarios, flags a lost device connection in as little as 60 seconds depending on the polling interval you set, and keeps running for up to 15 hours on backup battery with Ethernet and Wi-Fi disabled. Migrating settings, users, and devices from an existing hub takes under 15 minutes.
