MotionProtect Jeweller: tells your dog from an intruder, so you don't have to explain it to your alarm company

Motion detectors are the part of a security system most likely to cry wolf. MotionProtect Jeweller cuts false alarms with hardware most competitors skip: a PIR sensor from Excelitas Technologies, tested unit-by-unit at production, paired with a Fresnel lens engineered to tell a human's thermal shape apart from an animal's or a radiator's. The SmartDetect algorithm behind it was built from thousands of real thermal patterns, checking radiation intensity, spot size, and movement speed before it calls an alarm.

Installed correctly (2.4 m up, lens aimed across the expected intrusion path), it ignores pets up to 20 kg and 50 cm tall, and holds steady even when room temperature drifts close to body temperature, thanks to built-in temperature compensation. Detection reaches up to 12 m across an 88.5° horizontal field.

The pre-installed battery runs up to 5 years, tested individually rather than by sample. Wireless range reaches up to 1,700 m to the hub over Jeweller's encrypted, two-way link, with tamper alerts sent the moment the enclosure is disturbed. Mounting is SmartBracket-based, paired by QR code, and fully reconfigurable afterward without a site visit.
