What this is for
The same 3MP IP67 outdoor bullet as the C300P, with one difference that matters more than the price gap between them: this version encodes in H.265 and H.265+ rather than H.264. That roughly halves the bitrate for the same picture, so a given drive holds around twice the retention and a full recorder puts far less load on the network.
Infrared to 30 metres at 850nm, IP67 rated for exterior walls and perimeter runs, drawing 4 watts over PoE or 3 watts on 12V DC. Note that TP-Link publishes identical PoE figures for the P and HP versions, so despite the naming this is not a higher-power variant; the documented upgrade is the codec. Optics vary by hardware version, so confirm which you are getting: earlier units give 92 degrees at 4mm, later ones 82.5 degrees.
