What this is for
An entry-level 3MP turret with continuous colour night vision, two white LEDs and two infrared LEDs reaching 30 metres, and a built-in microphone. Runs from PoE at 6 watts or from a 12V DC supply, and H.265+ encoding keeps storage and bandwidth demands low.
Three things to know before specifying it. TP-Link publishes no weatherproof rating for this model, with the protection row reading not applicable and the housing listed as plastic, so treat it as an interior camera. It has no speaker, so it cannot issue an audible warning. And no microSD slot is published, so it records to an NVR rather than to the camera.
Suited to small offices, storage rooms and clinics. Choose 2.8mm at 107.5 degrees or 4mm at 84.4 degrees.
