What this is for
Twenty-four PoE+ ports with a 384 watt budget and up to 30 watts per port, plus four gigabit SFP slots. That works out to 16 watts per camera across a full load, which covers the standard infrared and full colour cameras comfortably but will not carry twenty-four of the highest draw models.
PoE Auto Recovery reboots a port automatically when the camera on it stops responding, which saves a site visit for the commonest fault there is. Note TP-Link's own caveat: the feature runs in standalone mode, with controller-based management handled separately, so confirm the behaviour if you are deploying under an Omada controller.
A standard choice for sixteen to twenty-four camera commercial installations.
